3801 2RS MAX | 12 x 21 x 8mm Bearing
3801 2RS MAX
3801 LLU MAX - MAX-Design, Double Row, ABEC-3, radial suspension bearing -12mm x 21mm x 8mm Enduro Bearings pioneered MAX type bearings almost 20 years ago for bicycles to address the challenges associated with mountain bike pivots. MAX-type bearings provide 35-40% more load capacity than standard radial bearings by utilizing a special design where the maximum number of balls are inserted into the bearing, via a custom ground slot in the races. The additional balls, combined with deep race grooves in these bearings providing greater lateral support for the twisting and multi-directional forces associated with mountain bike pivots. This ABEC-3 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 10 balls and full-contact, double-lip, labyrinth (LLU) seals for maximum protection against the elements, while keeping the 90% fill of Almagard extra high pressure grease inside. The extra-wide double-row design greatly reduces flex in the suspension linkage while doubling the bearing contact area. This bearing has been used as a suspension pivot bearing by Trek and Devinci. The Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements.

6706 2RS - ABEC-3 Radial Bearing (C3 Clearance) - 30mm x 37mm x 4mm Radial bearing used by Lightning Design Concepts for their recumbent bike drivetrain, and has been used in the past as a suspension pivot bearing. This ABEC-3 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 10 balls, dual LLB seals and 90% fill with high pressure water proof grease to withstand daily abuse of use and the elements.
CXD 6801 2RS | 12 x 21 x 5mm Bearing
CXD 6801 2RS
CXD 6900 LLB - XD15 Ceramic-Hybrid, ABEC-5, Radial Bearing (C3 Clearance) - 10mm x 22mm x 6mm The ultimate upgrade An Enduro Bearings exclusive, our XD15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings combine corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride Grade 3 ceramic balls in a proprietary process that results in the ultimate high performance bearing setup. The deep-groove design raceways allow for maximum sized Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls for for increased contact area and improved performance and longevity. Dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals protect from the elements, and contain the 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease that runs smoother with time and is highly resistant to being washed out. The most impressive feature of XD15 ceramic-hybrid bearings is, unlike other bearings, they only get better with time and use. As the bearings wear-in, the super-hard ceramic balls actually make the XD15 races even smoother. So, when compared to other ceramic-hybrid bearings on the market that claim speed and power advantages on day one, Enduro XD15 bearings not only provide the same initial advantages on day one, but will become faster and smoother with time and use, while the other ceramic-hybrid options will only get slower. We are so confident in the performance of XD15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings that we offer an unlimited lifetime bearing and race warranty. This bearing is used primarily in lightweight hubs and pedals.
