3002 2RS | 15 x 32 x 13mm Bearing
3002 2RS
3002 LLU - ABEC-3, Double-Row, Radial Bearing (C3 Clearance) - 15mm x 32mm x 13mm Double-Row Radial Bearing used as a rear hub bearing for some quick-release hub designs and has been used by Rocky Mountain as a suspension pivot bearing. This ABEC-3 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 10 balls, and LLU seals give maximum protection against the elements, while keeping the 90% fill of high pressure water proof grease inside. The extra-wide double-row design greatly reduces flex in the axle of the rear hub or suspension linkage while doubling the bearing contact area. The Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements.
3800 2RS MAX | 10 x 19 x 8mm Bearing
3800 2RS MAX
3800 LLU MAX - MAX-Design, Double Row, ABEC-3, radial suspension bearing -10mm x 19mm x 8mm Enduro Bearings pioneered MAX type bearings almost 20 years ago for bicycles to address the challenges associated with mountain bike pivots. MAX-type bearings provide 35-40% more load capacity than standard radial bearings by utilizing a special design where the maximum number of balls are inserted into the bearing, via a custom ground slot in the races. The additional balls, combined with deep race grooves in these bearings providing greater lateral support for the twisting and multi-directional forces associated with mountain bike pivots. This ABEC-3 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 10 balls and full-contact, double-lip, labyrinth (LLU) seals for maximum protection against the elements, while keeping the 90% fill of Almagard extra high pressure grease inside. The extra-wide double-row design greatly reduces flex in the suspension linkage while doubling the bearing contact area. This bearing has been used as a suspension pivot bearing by Trek bicycles.
3803 2RS-W | 17 x 26 x 10mm Bearing
3803 2RS-W
3803 LLB W - ABEC-3, Extra-Wide, Double-Row, Radial Bearing (C3 Clearance) - 17mm x 26mm x 10mm Extra-Wide, Double-Row, ABEC-3, Radial Bearing with 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with grade 10 Balls. This bearing is used by Industry Nine in their rear hubs, and by Trek and Niner bike as a suspension pivot. The extra-wide double-row design greatly reduces flex in the axle of the rear hub or suspension linkage, while precicely filling the same space as two 6803 single-row bearings. This ABEC-3 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 10 balls, LLB seals and 90% fill with high pressure water proof grease to withstand daily abuse of use and the elements.
DR 152610 2RS | 15 x 26 x 10mm Bearing
DR 152610 2RS
MR 15267 LLU/LLB A5 CN - ABEC-5 Radial Bearing (CN Clearance) - 15mm x 26mm x 7mm Radial bearing generally used as a hub bearing and can be used as a pivot bearing, though the MAX-type version of this bearing is better suited for suspension use. This ABEC-5 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 10 balls, dual-lip, full-contact LLU seals facing outwards to withstand daily abuse of use and the elements, and to contain 90% fill with Mobil XHP 22 high-pressure water-proof grease.
