The Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program is an exclusive privilege open to full-time employees working in the cycling and outdoor sports industry, by invitation or application.
Access to the Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program requires the individual to request an account through the Rush Sports website and for validation and approval of the account by Rush Sports and the individual's employer.
The products purchased are solely for personal use and are not for resale or gifting. Rush Sports may at any time audit the purchases made as well as share the purchase information with the individual's employer.
Rush Sports reserves the right to manage Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program membership at its discretion, and terminate access to the Program due to any abuse or for any other reason.
Access to the program is only valid online atwww.rushsports.co.za. Unfortunately it is not available for orders placed via email or any other method, only online purchases through the Rush Sports website using the exclusive profile created.
Eligibility to the Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program will expire with your employment. Rush Sports may at any time request evidence of relevant employment, and withhold access to the Program until such evidence is provided.
Rush Sports reserves the right to change the terms of the Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program at any point, and to place restrictions on the quantity of products available for purchase.
Information and prices offered on the Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program are to remain strictly confidential, and violating this confidentiality may result in full time suspension from the program.
Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program purchases cannot be combined with any other offers, sale items, bundles or discounts and exclude Gift vouchers.
Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program purchases are not eligible for free shipping. All purchases must be shipped to your place of work.
Products available under the Industry Purchase Program are subject to availability.
This is a non-transferable benefit. You may not share your Rush Sports Industry Purchase Program privileges.
Membership to the program will last for 12 months from the application date and then terminate, at which point you will have to reapply for the following year.
