Shipping
All orders will be shipped with our couriers.
- Small items [under 2kg] will be shipped via ONX: a premium overnight service.
- Medium items [between 2kg and 5kg] will be shipped via NXD: a 48-hour service.
- Large items [over 5kg] will be shipped via RFX: a 72-hour service.
Order Processing and time frames:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Shipping times may vary due to volume but usually takes 2-3 days.
- In most cases, orders will ship the same business day.
- Orders are not delivered on the weekends or public holidays.
Orders are required to ship to a daytime PHYSICAL address; we do not ship to postal addresses or multiple addresses per order.
